After you approve our FREE estimate, we will start the work ASAP. No need to wait weeks and weeks. Once we start, we won’t pause until all painting deliverables are complete!

Our Process

Whether it is through our contact form below or a phone call, you can get in touch to tell us more about the painting services you are interested in.
We schedule a visit to perform an initial inspection at your home in the Memphis Metropolitan Area!
Then, we put together an estimate for the painting work to be performed and e-mail it to you for your review and approval.

You will take the time to review our painting estimate and ask any questions before approving the work.
Once approved, your dedicated project manager will put your painting project on our schedule ASAP and will communicate next steps.

Once we schedule your painting project during a time that works for you, we will jump into the following:
Setup:
Our painters will clean the surfaces that will be painted (walls, trims, cabinets, etc). For exterior painting projects, pressure washing may be needed to remove dirt and mildew.
Painting Preparation:
For interior painting projects, we will fill holes and cracks in walls and ceilings, sand uneven surfaces, and apply primer where necessary.
For exterior painting projects, we will repair damaged surfaces, scrape away and sand loose paint, any apply caulk to gaps that can cause water intrusion.
Painting:
We paint the areas you had approved, ensuring it is done with a clean and uniform finish.
Cleanup:
We pick up all our tools and clean up the work area. You won’t even notice we were there!
Quality Assurance Inspection:
Our Project Manager will perform a QA inspection to ensure we delivered what we promised.
If everything meets our standard of work, we will notify you of the project completion and will invite you to do a walk-through of our work.
If you find we missed the mark on any point, don’t worry. Just let us know and we will come back and make it right! And of course, there will be no extra charge for our mistakes.
